A Few Helpful Reminders: - Always store your clone data when you travel to a different planet. You never know what you will find in both the benevolent and the hostile regions of these planets. If you fail to clone on the planet that you are slain, you will find yourself with a good many wounds to remind you. - Item insurance is a must to protect your belongings from the ravages of item decay. Every time you are slain, your belongings carried in your inventory will have their condition reduced by 5%. But if you are willing to insure your belongings, that decay will be reduced to only 1%. Decay applies to all wearables (clothing, armor, etc) and a few other belongings. You are not required to insure weapons, structures, and other items that are not wearable or do not have a condition rating. - If you are a member of a faction (imperial or rebel), your factional battles will result in no item decay. While you will still accumulate wounds if you fail to clone, you wont have to worry about your property losing its effectiveness as well. So to avoid the wounds, it is best to make sure you are cloned where you plan to PVP or fight factional battles. Get Pumped Back Up: - It is important to remember that you will lose any buffs or enhancements you had when you die whether you have stored your clone data or not.
